We Coach Tennis delivered the LTA Youth Tennis leadership programme for young people aged 11-18, developing key skills for life.
The programme offers young people the chance to take their first step towards a career in tennis or another sport by gaining experience in several different roles at their local venue.
Leaders support Coaches, Volunteers and Teachers to deliver tennis sessions on court, but also help across other areas such as club management, local outreach, sustainability, digital marketing and more.
