Apprenticeships provide businesses with skilled workers for the future, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills they need to thrive in the company long term. The growth and success of any business depends on its workforce, and equipping the right people with the right skills can ultimately futureproof the organisation. They provide the opportunity to develop careers across your business and are an effective way to recruit, train and retain future talent.
NSCG - Stafford provide hands-on experience and necessary skills using mechanical and electronic tools in industry standard workshops and labs to manufacture, creat and learn. Apprentices benefit from dynamic teaching led by tutors with extensive experience in the industry. Skilled technicians, both locally and nationally, are in huge demand, the apprenticeships programs lay the foundations for a successful career.
Visitors were given a tour of our equipment before enjoying refreshments and ice cream before celebrating the awards presentation. A great day for all and a privilege for Kelly Tanks to be part of.
We can't wait to do it all again next year, a huge thank you to all that joined us.
